Overall a great experience at Pandora today, my sales associate Mackenzie was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I knew which bracelet I was looking for but she showed me various colours available and took the time to wrap the bracelet as it was a gift. Ive worked customer service for many years and Mackenzie was great, I cant think of anything that could have been done better!

When we entered the store, it wasn't very lomg after that we were greeted and offered assistance for our purchase. Questions were answered fully to help make our shopping easier

As always, the quality of the product meets expectations. The clerk immediately knew what charm I was looking for and put it on my bracelet for me.

Visited store to ask about sizing Pandora rings, was very happy to learn pandora has increased the ring sizes, was able to purchase a princess ring and wear it out of the store. Am looking forward to my next ring purchase.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and recommended a few items that she thought I would like. She was patient with me while viewing the binder of all the sale items.

The quality of the merchandise and the over feel of the store was very appealing.

Very busy because of promotion Friends and Family but wait was not long. Despite being busy I did not feel rushed and everyone was taken care in good time. The service and salespeople in the White Oak Mall exceptional.

Ms Emma was really nice and helpful. She recommended charms what I bought afterwards. On the other site: 4 cashier standing around and doing nothing with that much customer in the store? That was "strange" and did not look good at all!!!!
