Salespeople very helpful. Even though busy I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Made suggestions that were very helpful and showed me all the options.

There was no choice for the gift with purchase. I would have liked to have a choice for my free product. Not everyone likes a heart charm. It would have been nice to have a choice

With one door in use only there was not alot of room to move from the merchandise counter to the back of the store to purchase items. You were bumping into people. it would have been more spacious to have the purchase counter near an exit.

Could have been more sales staff. I had a hard copy of the Pandora book and reviewed before I went into the store (to save time) to select a few charms - but what was in the book, was not available.

I was highly satisfied because the store was very clean and updated. I also liked how the ladies in the story knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me options that were at my price range. They also had lots of different selection to choose from

The store was extremely crowded with no system to determine who should be served next. As a result, the order of service was often incorrect.

Although I took a while to decide what I wanted I felt the sales person was bored/sort of annoyed that was taking so long with what I wanted to purchase. Once I was done, she was better. I spent over $300, and $150 the day before.

Because of past experiences with exchanging an item after Christmas. Told not to go in store and stand on line to be served by only one person doing the returns and exchanges. Meanwhile other people that came to store were warmly invited in. At that time there were at least 4 employees gathered around waiting for "buying Customers" obviously unable to help those of us told to stand in one line outside store. Despicable business practise and I let the store manager know how I felt at that time. Bring back the personalized individual jewellers that offered a much more customer centric experience.

I made the mistake of visiting during a sale...very busy. Now I'm not sure if I overpaid for bracelet/charms after visiting some websites which claim to sell Pandora for much cheaper prices.
