Came in to visit the store because of a promotion. The associate was extremely pleasant & friendly and just really nice in helping my daughter pick out her rings. The associate's name is Ashley and she gave us 110% great customer service. It's because of her that we will be going back to the Oshawa Centre location.

The sales associated was very knowledgeable. She showed me many different options and she offered what I felt was an honest opinion. I did not feel as though she was trying to force a sale.

I was served by Tia S. from the Oshawa Centre. She was very patient, kind and recommended a lot. While a lot of rings (during Boxing Day week) were sold out in my size, she always showed me other options of similar styles.

The lady that was helping us was just finishing her shift and was so helpful. She was so nice and answered all of our questions without rushing us or anything. Highly would recommend.
