Salesperson was very helpful, friendly and started with greetings as soon I entered store. She was taking extra effort to find things I was looking for and to find other Pandora store for where Disney Charm I needed was available. Overall a very good shopping experience.

Sales associate was helpful and helped me find my ring size. She gave me bags with a black thing in it to stop rings from tarnishing.

We came back for what happened to the bracelet that we left for cleaning and was damaged after the cleaning. We spoke to the associate(branch manager)was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. We were truly appreciative of the way it was dealt with.
