I previously ordered charms and was happy that they had arrived early.

Firstly,the staff was welcoming and very tentative. The sales associate tried to meet my every need and was very patient and friendly. Overall I got what I wanted and very happy with my purchase.

Mary-Jo served me and she remembered me making a purchase at Christmas. I really appreciated her personal touch. She is an asset to the Pandora Pickering store.

Mary-Jo was extremely friendly & helpful. She suggested that I add a safely chain to my bracelet because many of my charms are older and not replaceable. She also explained how to clean & polish my charms, and suggested that if I want them to be more clean, I can bring them into the store for cleaning.

I was satisfied with my service because i was immediately greeted by a very nice and likable sales associate as I entered the store, who was able to easily find exactly what I was looking for, while also showing me the other options that I might consider in the future for the theme of my bracelet. She was very personable and knowledgeable and made my experience very pleasant.

Were very honest with their opinion. Not pushy at all I ended up purchasing two bracelets instead of just one.

Alicia greeted us with a smile and pleasant demeanor and was so helpful in finding the rings and appropriate size for the finger I wanted it for. Alicia was quick to show me options and offer her opinion when I asked making my selection process that much easier.

Was my first time in a Pandora Store. The associate I had was very helpful & friendly. She took the time to demonstrate how items went together and various other options & selections. She also demonstrated how the clips worked on a bracelet which was what I had gone in to purchase. Enjoyed the Pandora experience!
