The reason I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience. The sales associates (all the associates) did not even acknowledge me. I waited patiently at the counter and smiled as other customers were being served, however no one said hi, hello, welcome. Nothing! I completely understand if you are with another customer, that time with that customer is there's and special. If someone walks through the Pandora doors at minimum you should smile, say hello and not in these exact words but along this line state: take a look around when I am finished with this customer I can help you or someone will help you. I got nothing, not even a smile. Very disappointing, considering in this day and age with online presence and sales increasing and walk in sales decreasing. I am one person, I work hard for the money I earn. I try to always be pleasant and kind. When I do not receive the same when I am spending that money, hurts and feels as though I am less of a valuable customer.

I was interested to buy clips for my bracelet, and asked salesperson to put them on my bracelet. She put them on. The clips looked really nice and I decided to purchase them. When I paid for them the salesperson didn't offer me a bag or a box to put them in, and said since they were on my bracelet I could not return them if I'll change my mind. She wrote on the receipt " worn out", which was very strange to me, because I just bought them.

When purchasing sales associate didn’t give the welcoming vibe It was more like she just didn’t care She didn’t even bother asking for my info if I was a member or even tired to show thing Wasn’t happy with the service at all

I’ma bit dissatisfied as the pages on both stuff eating seem discoloured and tarnished. Will be returning to store to speak to the assistant else will return the purchase .

the girl was rude. acted like we were bothering her and was very short when answering questions. if I didn't come in for an exchange and wanted to browse, I would have left.

Pandora puts out new products and yet the stores do not have stock available? Why? there is a promo to receive a discount, however, very few of the new items are available. Your promo's are not as good as they once were. The target price is high ($150. spend), previously it was much less. As well, your prices go up noticeably more often then previously. Last year Pandora had a promo, spend $150 and get a pandora shopping bag - was a slap in the face to valued customers? spend $150 and get a dollar store type shopping bag free? My experience in the store was dampered by the fact that new items were not yet received during a promo period, is that how Pandora is conducting business now?

The sales associate that assisted us was knowledgeable but she was unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable. She also rushed our purchase although we were the only ones in the store. It was my daughters first purchase and last at Pandora, I would not recommend the store to my friends.

The system of lining up customers to get into the store was very unorganized. I waited longer than a lot of customers because of these errors. Also, when I told an associate that I had been waiting for a while and other customers that came after me were being helped before me, another associate claimed I hadn’t waited in the line at all (which I had) so I shouldn’t be helped before them. The miscommunication amongst the staff led to me waiting longer than most.
