The salesperson was so rude I asked her if she could read what is written in the charm because I can't, her answer was I cannot read it as well and she didn't!!, asked her how much the item will be after 30% discount she said I don't know I have to run it through the system she doesn't want to do her math, I did it on my phone calculator.. asked her can you clean the items and put it in the gift box she offered me to buy the clothes and do it by myself... honestly I was just want to buy these two items as a gift for my sister and run away from the store.

Around 5:00 we went to Pandora in Pickering town centre to buy charms. The new young sales associate was so helpful, kind and caring. Great customer service support. I don’t know her name but she is new, she is amazing she has light long brown hair and very delicate and sweet young girl with fair skin hopefully you know who she is by my description. She was amazing. She helped us find what I was looking for and was patient. She said us outside of store to cash out, the lady named Muskaan was giving her terrible attitude. In the same time muskaan, was giving us hard time and complaining. We waited 30 minutes to purchase my Pandora jewellery. We said how come it’s taking so long, muskaan, complaining I am the only one who can do this, she is not apologizing sorry for the wait we will be with you shortly, she did not apologize for the technical difficulties she is having. Her customer service is zero, no respect. Overall I am happy with my purchase and of course I will come back. The young lady who helped us inside the store is truly an angel. muskaan had no class. She treated her employee and customers poorly.

the tag on a chain that I wanted to purchase showed $60 and the associate refused to sell it to me for that price,saying an incorrect tagged was accidentally placed on it & the real cost is $100.

I am man walked in to the store to buy charm which my wife wants me to checked it out .associate didn't want to show me any .she did not ask me any questions what I want and didn't even want to try to help .finally I had to step out of the store browse online .went in and purchased something. Also after purchased my wife wanted a extra box for a charm she purchased couple of months ago .since the box was lost during the moving .staff was rude and said I can't give you extra one because my owner has to pay for this. I said I ll pay if you give me one .she still said I can't give you.next time I rather go with some other jewelry then pandora even if I had to pay more money

I purchased a christmas item that I returned and received a gift card in exchange of collecting cash. On our arrival we purchased items that would give us the free bracelet, however since my choice to save as a merchandice card when returning the item, made the offer UNAVAILABLE!!!!!! DUE TO COMPANY POLICY!!!!!! My wife has 3 bracelets full already, wanted to start filling number 4. The sales rep felt uncomfortableas she could not do anything. I am hoping that this can be rectified with providing me the braclett, not a hard decision here.

I wanted a bracelet, but the smaller size was not available, but I was told I could exchange it at another location so I bought the bracelet. I went to another store and bought the same bracelet for a co-worker because she wanted one for her niece and I was told that I could exchange the bracelet for a smaller size. Therefore, I was told by 2 sales associates at 2 different stores in Toronto, ON that I could exchange my bracelet for a smaller size. I called the store in Pickering, ON and was told "as long as I have the receipt and it was not used I could exchange it for the smaller size". I went to the Pickering store and was told by the manager that I could not exchange the size. I told her about the 2 different associates in the Toronto locations that said I could exchange it and that I called her store to confirm if they would accept the exchange, but she still refused to exchange the item. It was not until I told her what time that I called that I noticed her expression changed and she realized it was her who took the call and told me that an exchange was ok. She subsequently brought out the smaller size bracelet and made the exchange. What poor service!!!
