Although I had to wait awhile for service, I appreciated the attention that the two employees were giving to the customers that were already there, and then the attention that I was given. I appreciated the advise and input about the purchase I was making and the time taken to show me all of the options and to try them on. There was no pressure about a future purchase after we had discussed other products, and a catalogue was offered so I could look further at home. A gentle reminder to fill out the survey in the timeline so I could receive a discount on my next possible purchase.
