Sales rep was quite helpful and kind

They had every charm I wanted there, Kiah was very helpful, I was very Happy when I left!

I placed a curbside order this morning. I got a call from the store pretty soon after and then I was also able to pick it up today. It was a very fast experience. The employee who called me to confirm my order was very friendly and sweet. Then I called back to reschedule the time to pick it up and also then the employee was very sweet. When I came to pick up my order the employee who came out to give my order was also very friendly. I’m not too sure if it was the same person or not but they were all soo friendly.

The time I chose to go was perfect. The sales associate was polite and inviting. Everything I was looking for was available. I was very pleased that there wasn't a crowd or a line up.

I had a picture of a charm I wanted. I presented the picture to the sales lady and asked if she had it. Immediately she got it out and showed me. It was what I was looking for and bought it. I was also checking out another product my daughter had asked me to look into and the sales lady got that one out and also showed me something else comparable. I actually liked her suggestion better than the one my daughter wanted me to look at. I had my grandson with me and he really didn't like waiting while I looked and the sales lady did her best to entertain him so that I could concentrate on my decisions. I really appreciate her help.

I was highly satisfied with the accuracy and quality of the product I bought. The products in the store were very eye catching and the store was extremely clean.
