Once arriving to pandora, I stood in long not knowing there was an additional line where I could stand one I had already placed an item on hold. I continued when asked by sales rep, if I had known what I wanted and said I had placed my order already, she then redirected me to stand I. The out of store check out line. It was absolutely great speed was great, service was phenomenal.

The workers were very friendly and welcoming. Also, they offered me an alternate solution when my product wasn't available. The safety protocols were all in place.

The sales associate was highly knowledgeable with the products and was really friendly. Mary-Jo was great. I only went in to buy two items but because of her friendly customer service skills I ended up buying another thing.

I love Pandora and am usually pretty satisfied when shopping there. I wish the new collection had been displayed though, so I was able to see everything rather than just the few pieces I asked about.
