I was interested in a specific charm, which was apparently sold out in their store. The staff went to look online to see where I might find what I desired, noticing that the directory said they in fact did have it in stock, and proceeded to find the item. I was extremely happy to have the item found and will definitely return, their service was excellent!

I was happy with the spacers I got (14KT) but wish there was more selection. I would like to add additional gold (again 14KT) spacers to my bracelet but the selection is very limited.
