The sales associate, Avelina, was very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out out clips that went with my personality and the theme of the bracelet. What also made me enjoy the experience was the fact that she remembered me from my other visits in the store.

Alicia the sales associate was very knowledgeable but not forceful or high pressure in any way. My husband and I went in having never been in a Pandora before, listened, learned and said we would return after a walk around the mall...and she was absolutely fine with that. In fact, we did return and it happened to be at the end of Alicia's shift...but she stayed and very thoroughly completed the sale with us. We were very impressed by Alicia and the store. Thank you.
