Pandora Jewelry

Sales girls are very friendly and attentive.

The Pandora Store in the Oxford Valley Mall had a breakfast event for priority customers. It was lovely and I bought some new Christmas charms for my sister's Christmas present, and I bought the Mickey Mouse 90th birthday charm for myself. Brianna had called to invite me and Patricia helped me to make my decisions the morning of the event.

The jewelry was very pretty, and not overly expensive. I liked it because it was different than you see in the department stores. The lighting in the store made everything look beautiful..and the sales people were very nice and helpful.

Excellent Customer Service. The salesperson was quite knowledgeable, her reccomendations were very helpful when trying to decide which necklace I should choose. She took her time to explain the merchandise. She also advised me of the Pandora jewelry cleaning services.

Beautifull

I don’t normally come to this Pandora location but I was very surprised at how quickly I was greeted. Plus, the sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about! ( I asked to see the hot cocoa charm)

We shopped on Black Friday, so it was crowded. But we were told as soon as we entered there was a wait and we could put our name on the list. Since we were in the store before 10am, the manager still granted us the Black Friday discount. The sales personal was knowledgeable of the products and was able to show us all the products. Everything we wanted was in inventory.

All the staff, including the manager, are great at what they do. I am very happy with my experience at this store!!

Nice associates ! Pretty products. They have a new collection of bracelet . But I don't satisfied that there is not a lot of leather bracelets.

We were greeted promptly when we entered the store. The sales associate was pleasant and very helpful. The merchandise was attractively displayed. The only negative is that the store was VERY warm, to the point of being uncomfortable.
