My sales lady Alexandria was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to. She made sure to understand what I wanted and offered selections based on my conversation.

I would only recommend going to this specific store if Volha or the other manager is there to help. My last experience was horrible where Melissa damaged my charms and still sold them to me. Her lack of knowledge about the products caused bruises on my wrist as well!

The salesperson melisa was very helpful. She helped me decide on a charm from the shine collection and I love my choices

Went for an exchange & was happy my size was in stock. I’m not from the area of this store but had to go there cuz the one closest to me was closed for renovations. Got my purchase from Urban Fusion & wasn’t allowed to exchange only return. Only had 30 days to return & my store will not be open within that time.

Everything went well and fast. Olga was very nice and helped me with everything I needed help with she was nice and had great knowledge of the products I do have to go exchange the the bracelet because it is too big other than that everything was perfect.

Breanna was amazing! I normally don’t do a lot of reviews, but she took her time with us and showed us a lot of great bracelet combinations. She was honest and delivered her feedback as well. She made the shopping experience, one of the best I had in this store!

I came into this Pandora specifically for the 40% sale. It was the last day and I knew there wouldn't be much, so that's okay. Kiana was so helpful that I was able to find two of the newer charms that I didn't know was out. I love my little coffee cup and rainbow charm! I also think this is my first time shopping at the Oxford Valley store. I usually go to the one closest to home, but I'll be coming back!

Ruth (salesperson) was friendly, attentive and very patient while i was trying to make a decision on which charms to purchase. While in the store, I felt faint and she got a chair for me to sit and purchased water for me to drink. Ruth showed concern for my welfare which was well beyond anyone’s expectations. I am very appreciative of her help.

The representative I was working with was very friendly and understanding. She explained my different options and assisted with alternate suggestions. I would go back and request her assistance again.
