Sales staff is always attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful. Adriana R. and Ashley were so nice and suggested items that were new releases and also combination of beads setup and charms. It's a shame that corporate doesn't release enough items to locations after having a media sales blitz. Very disappointing.

During this visit, I came in to create a new rose gold bracelet for myself. The manager, Kayla, was positively exceptional in helping me create a very beautiful piece. She was patient and took her time using her creativity and skill to help me place charms in a balanced and artistic, yet symmetrical way. She did not rush my experience in any way, and happily made changes as I tried to experiment with different pieces. As of late, I have had negative experiences with your sales associates, however Kayla at the Oxford Valley Mall, has restored my faith in your company. She even gave me ideas for how to build necklaces using your charms and took the time to teach me how to put one together.

The associate was very nice, she helped me with the style that I was going for and she knew what I liked.

The people were helpful. The store was clean. The displays were easy for you to see the products.

I liked the choices of merchandise. People were friendly. Had everything I needed.

I had the associates full attention even when my daughter was fussing and took my attention aware. They were patient and kind and showed me what I asked for.

The sales rep was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the jewelry. She offered choices related to my taste and preferences. She noticed a pendant that I was wearing and incorporated that into possible choices in jewelry selection.

Salesperson was very helpful and recommended items she thought I would be interested in after asking my likes and dislikes.
