I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience due to the fact that the sales associate was kind , friendly and caring . She took her time to help me find the perfect gift for my friend.

This was my first visit, as my jeweler no longer sells Pandora. Very knowledgeable associate, ease of having size and item I wanted, was unaware of warrenty so happy with that.

The Disney LILO & Stitch charms were unavailable after only being release not too long ago. Disappointing!

The sales associate Breanna was great, friendly, and knowledgeable she made the trip worth it.The product was on display and available. Overall the visit and the experience was wonderful.

Oxford Valley Mall staff are all friendly and helpful. Wrapped beautifully all the items I bought. The store is always well stocked so I can always find what I want . The staff is always willing to show me several charms so that I can make a decision on which to choose for my bracelet without making me feel uncomfortable.
