sales person was friendly and knowledgeable

I wasn't thrilled how the sales didn't seem to know where some things were or too familiar with them. I am not sure if he was new or not. I also wasn't too happy how when I tried to explain a charm he had no idea. He wasn't too helpful to me.

The salesperson was great however you need more help in the Oxford Valley Mall store. The salesperson was waiting on a customer when I got there the person in the back finally came out after the store was starting to get crowded

Not many choices for young girls (I was looking for 7 yo gift)

I had a sales assistant that was scared to pull out the merchandise every time she stepped away to get me something I wanted to see she took everything. I’m a great customer I spend money in your stores. She didn’t suggest much & I had to tell her everything I wanted to see. She wouldn’t pull out the whole box like other sales associates. Not going back there.
