The item I wanted was available. The salesperson was friendly and efficient. The location of the store was convenient.

I ordered a bracelet that I have been wanting for sometime. When I went to pick up the bracelet the bracelet was to small and the store did not have the next size

My salesperson was awesome and she took her time to help me find something for my wife. she was very pleasent and took her time. I also watched howshe interact with her co worker. which was very helpful and pleasent.

I wasn't highly satisfied because I went to Pandora with the hopes of finding the new Pandora Me items that I saw online & while I did find a few pieces I didn't find all of the items I was looking for.
