I guess it had to be the wait time in line to go into the store. Which I did expect because it was the day after Christmas. Also, the fact that their stock was pretty low in store was a bit dissapointing.

Could not order items online for pickup for some reason. You needed more staff to wait on costumers. And maybe a different line for people that knew the exact items they wanted. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

The products are priced a little high, this rating could change if the product holds up.

The bonus bracelet was not available. 2 charms I wanted they did not have. Was told I could go to another store to get them instead of perhaps calling the store and having them sent there

The price I saw in the window was not what I pay for the itey

The selection of charms is behind the counter. So you have to know exactly what you want or work with your associate to design your bracelet. There is also not enough choices for the Reflection line.

The associate informed me if one price however after telling her on line the charm was cheaper she checked again and found me to be correct.

The store did not have one of the items I wanted to purchase.

Sales associate was attentive Sales associate was polite Sales associate related her experience with Pandora to me. Very helpful

Store manager helped the customer behind me in line & only asked for my phone number as we waited 1/2 hour in line & I had screenshots of my purchase.
