The only thing that did not make this an amazing experience is that speed and ability to know who was next. I wish there was a number to virtual line to do because I feel like it would've made it less crazy for the people waiting and wouldn't have caused any trouble. Otherwise everything was really good! Megan did an amazing job at showing us options and helping us with after pay! I really did like everything else other then the wait(order of wait) to get an attendant.

The first associate told me a bracelet I was looking for was only available online. I asked to be sized, time being someone wanting to make a purchase came in, so she walked away to take care of them, then asked someone else to size me when they were done. Naomi took the time to size me and also said the bracelet I wanted was in stock at the store. Would definitely go back and see Naomi, will not deal with the first associate again. I don't know if they work on commission or not but I will wait for another associate either way. You can't tell from my purchase history in the store, but I have spent a small fortune on disney exclusives at the parks, especially this year. So I have had the opportunity to experience great customer service.

I was satisfied however in times like today I wish they had a few charms on sale. At least offer somewhat of a discount on a select few.

The sales associate was professional. The sales associate friendly. The sales showed me options of what I was looking for.

There were not many sizes of the jewelry As expected. Most of the pieces were out of size.

Lower prices on stuff

The store needs a better routine if you order online in pick up in store. You still have to stand in a LONG LINE for 30mins to an hour and you just picking up your order.

I arrived at Pandora and was waiting outside the store for 20 minutes and out of the 4 sales associate not 1 greeted me and told me someone will be with me. I’m spending money someone should acknowledge when a customer approached. All looked at me but no acknowledgment

The wait time even for pick up was very ling

Sales woman was a bit pushy but I suppose that’s her job. Otherwise everything was good
