I was made to wait outside pickmerchandise while other customers were allowed to go inside and look around and choose their merchandise....

This Pandora experience was very great most of them were safe and they are very friendly . I was highly helped on my product .

Fast customer service, gave me what I wanted, helped with what I was looking for, and kept the store clean and sanitized for COVID.

Sales associate was basic... nothing special or exceptional about her.

I was highly satisfied the associates were very attentive and knowledgeable. Ive bought products from this location in the past prior to the pandemic, so you can imagine how that experience way long waits versus now walked in helped right away. Score😌

I had a coupon from the last time i came into the store and it would not go through when they sales assoicate entered it into the system although it had never been used.

I have been to 3 different Pandora stores in the past 3 months and the friendliest one was in the gallery in Philadelphia. Her name was Christine and I would go back to her every time just because of how she made me feel. Not so much at Oxford Valley though.

I was satisfied with the product that I brought.It was very cute and not very high in price.The price was just right and the sale lady was very pleasant and helpful.
