My Sales Rep was friendly & knowledgable. The store was clean! The only gripe that I have was that there were a few items in catalog that I wanted but the store didn’t have. Plus my niece was also interested in a certain ring which they didn’t have her size. Other than the lack of inventory, everything else was fine.

I really liked my sale associates she’s was really kind and very helpful! She was amazing and really help me with my moms birthday gift! I got her earrings and my mom loved them. I would go back because of her!

I had to wait a long time, I was told Other employees was in the back having a meeting and only one sale associate was available.

The items we bought online were exchanged without a problem. However, the sales associate told us they were cheaper in the store. I feel I should have gotten the refund of $12.00 for the items I now have in my possession since they were less expensive. I thought she did give me a refund but it doesn't seem that way. She mentioned it and should have offered me the new price!

i spend / spent plenty of money in pandora and the fact that you cant put our bracelets in the cleaner is unsatisfactory to me ......

I found my purchases online, due to pandemic stores are not open/no person to person contact. I did not get the instore shopping experience.
