I never stated that I was highly dissatisfied with my experience

I was satisfied with merchandise that I previously bought. I returned the store and receive the same kind of experience. Besides the store price points are right for me.

Store manager wasn't very nice. She was stuck up and rude. She was also rude to the salesperson.

The experience was fine but quality is what I am dissatisfied with. My bracelet is under 2 years old and it is extremely tarnished. My necklace is not even a year old and I’m having the same problem. I washed the items as per the instructions on the website. When I look at the beautiful shiny new bracelets and charms in the store it makes me highly disappointed that these items do not wear well for the high price tag.

It was just a long line, and took about 45 min/1 hour to make purchases
