There was a line with a waiting list, and I had to wait at least 35 mins or more..

There was not enough sales associates especially for the store to be having a promotional sale going on, there were only two workers to help several people. I was close to leaving the store and not purchasing anything.

Sales associates were great. The bracelet I purchased I am not to happy with. The charms move and fall off and I purchased the safety chains and they were the first thing I found on the floor!

they had what I wanted in stock, when my mall for months was out. Employee greeted me, got what I needed and even showed me another ring that I may be interested in-in the future!

It was good

The sales girl was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the questions I asked.
