everything went smooth and the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. I was the first customer of the day. everything went just as it should. this makes normally satisfied, I expected this type of treatment, it did not surprise me.

There was no inventory of current rollout of new bracelet advertised through emails and store brochure. The store didn't have any merchandise as advertised. If your merchandising dept. advertises something, it should be in stores is there was no projected date of release.

When I went in there was an associate that greeted me while I went around the store. I then walked to the front middle counter and I was there trying to get several charms for my bracelet. The associate didn't approach but decided to approach another customer that came after I did. There were several associates not putting attention to the 4-5 customers there. There were three associates trying on new jewelry inside of helping the one associate at the front desk. I feel that all the staff memebets there's should pay more attention to the customers that are there to purchase and increase your company's gross income. They're not there to try on jelwery that needs to be put aside by by one not three people. If they want to try on jelwery it should be not at the cost of the company's time nor the customers time but at their own leisure time. I hope this resolves this issue at the Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorn, PA location. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I had seen an add for a 3 charm Christmas set. The sales woman had no idea what I was talking about. We did finally locate the charms, and I realized I was able to purchase them separately. So it turned out OK in the end.

I would of said highly satisfied if the ring I initially came for was available in my size.

I love going to the store but it was very busy so the wait was move than 15 minutes before an associate could help me with my purchase. Once I was waited on the experience was excellent. The wait time was my biggest issue.

well, i bought charms because i got the blank bracelet from one of my friend but i didn't like the bracelet too much because it doesn't match the charm i bought, so I'll probably will buy a new bracelet.

Wasn't advised that I needed to sign-in for service....Others that came in after were told and therefore waited on before me. Wait time was excessive....especially when a team member was just walking around the store...and I knew exactly what I wanted....no design necessary.

The associate didn't exhibit total customer service satisfaction!
