The wait to get inside the store then there was a wait to see an associate

When I walked in their was no reason the redhead girl needed to scream at everyone to stop! And point at me to stop at stand in the corner, I have worked retail before and that’s not how you treat anyone!! I wouldn’t even get that treatment if it was Tiffany & Co.! Her behavior was just unacceptable and funny how it changed after my purchase, I was highly doubting about spending anything just because of her behavior!

I really love the pandora jewelry but I hate shopping at pandora every time. These sales people treat you like you a thief! Putting each piece immediately away when you don’t even have the opportunity to really see it or Imagine it with other pieces you want on it. And if you have those super long nails really shouldn’t work there. You can not even open the jewelry and you take forever. Omg. And you highlight the receipt to do this survey but I can’t barely read the numbers afterwards. Just tell us the survey. I almost couldn’t get all the numbers on this survey because the highlight bleed into the receipt.

The sales associate Alexis did not spend the time needed with a 1st time buyer. I felt very rushed & she didn't provide great customer service.

It was not enough sales associates working. The sale associates were annoyed. I waited 20 minutes in line to not even go into the store to browse I had to complete my purchase outside

I thought the service wasn’t that great the sales girl was very unfriendly and seem to rush me like I wasn’t buying anything but I was then she never had a good attitude with me I didn’t care for her but at the end of my visit she was very happy when I checked out smh I wouldn’t want to shop there again my sister said the same thing to me when we left but I never said anything about her attitude to her inside the store.

The sales rep. had us understanding that if we spent $199.00 that we would get the Pandora bracelet set that she was carrying. So we spent a little over &200.00 and was expecting the bracelet. It was a mess and I still don’t see the $53.00 that’s to go back on my account.

My boyfriend had purchased a ring for me at this pandora store today. When we had gotten to the car, I went to put my ring on. It was completely too big. I specifically asked for a size 7 and could not understand why it was too big. I go back into the store to find out that sale associate that rung me up, gave me the incorrect ring size (7.5) yet rung me up for a (7). Another associate fixed the issue for me, but the associate who sold me the ring was very short and standoffish. Would not go back to this pandora.
