I was told I could return if the item was too big then went into another store asking if they had the smaller size they said they would not return the ring (1 day later) bc I had it on ( for less then 10 minutes) I strictly wore into the pandora store to get their opinion. I only had the credit card statement I used to pay no official recipet so they said to travel back to the store I got it from (1 hour away) since they let me wear it out of the store and told me I could return it which contradicts one another.

I spent $180 dollars and the free bracelet was no longer avail !!!

Everytime i purchased from this store they gave me the charms in separate pretty boxes to give as gifts. During this visit while the lady packaged my charms and I was looking around the store when she gave me the bag it was tied up so I couldn't notice in time the issue. I told her I'm buying 3 gifts for 3 different people and when I got in my car to separate the gifts, all the charms were wrapped in tissue together and placed in a dingy cheap envelope. Disappointed in how I have to gift these items.

There was a line when I arrive and the assistant manager is outside with device taking names. There were 3 people ahead of me and 2 families directly behind me. As I go into the store to look around until its my turn the lady who is behind me and still outside of the store asked if there is someone who speaks Spanish? The assistant manager told her yes and she'd help next( but there is already 2 people ahead of her who have been standing there waiting to receive service. A minute or so She proceeds to take her to the employee Stephanie who I assume is bilingual because she help the couple in front of me in English. When I saw that this was being done I questioned the assistant manager as to who was going to help me and why was the lady behind me was being taking ahead of me her response was "because she spoke Spanish ". Seriously she could of been assisted in Spanish when it was her turn. Unacceptable and response was appalling.

Sales associate didn’t want to be there, wouldn’t show me the catalog, very standoff-ish, barely spoke or said much. Rushed me out of the store even when I was the only customer. Not sure why I wasn’t shown the catalog and had to look at 4 charms through glass and had to guess what the other ones looked like that she barely mentioned and hoped my wife liked them

My pink leather bracelet had broken and the woman resided that the only thing I could do would be to buy a new one. I was not told by the sales associate that my bracelet could only hold 4 to 6 charms, even though I have bought numerous charms from the same store and always the sales associate place on the bracelet. I felt like I had to buy another bracelet and was told by the sales associate I d buy clips too or the bracelet is likely to break again.

The sales associate Amanda W (198953) was very assertive on me purchasing clips for my daughters bracelet explaining multiple time if i did not I would be violating the warranty policy. I explained multiple times I wasn’t interested and that I had just purchased a bracelet from Disney Springs store and they said nothing of said policy. She than turned to another coworker who tried to force us to purchase said clips and restating that the warranty would be void if we didn’t purchase them. I told them we were fine fine without them and both associates than hurried us they the sale and we left.

I purchased a charm on 9-19-20. I returned the following night to purchase two more charms but the manager would not give me the free bracelet, she said because the one was purchased the day prior. Now I would have to drive back to this pandora which is not to close to where I live just to return all of them and repurchase to get the bracket . Very inconvenient.

When I entered the store no one welcomed me or acknowledged Me. After ten mins I was told someone would be with me shortly. When three of the Four employees were not attending to any customers, no one still asked if I needed help. After I told my wife, ”let's go to another location,” the employee who said someone would be right with me whispered to another employee to quickly serve us.
