Sales representative said bracelet would not fit on my wrist, but it did. Did not notify us of the prices we were paying. Did not notify us other options or let us know in general how much each charm or bracelet was. Ended up spending $250+ dollars on a charm and bracelet when intended to spend $150. Rung everything up and said price very quietly. Was very rude and forceful. Did not ask if I liked it, but rather asked if I wanted another charm. Very unfriendly and did whatever she could to sell as much as she could.

They where out of a lot of stock. I've went to this location several times for the same charms and every time they have been out of stock.

The sale's representative Michelle was hasty and quick to dismiss my questions. She didn't acknowledge at all my concerns regarding this being a gift for my girlfriend and finding the right fit. She was very passive, unenthused, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She rushed me into making a purchase resulting in me later having to return the item. She really should work on her customer service skills because she was the epitome of bad customer service.

My experience with shopping at pandora is extremely disappointing. My online experience was terrible because they kept messing up my order and charged me for I never received. My in person experience was worse. Booked a reservation online which was not acknowledged. Waited in line for an hour, then the black girl took all the guest from the back of the line and brought them into the store to shop while the guest in the front that waited in line forever had to still wait for her to serve the people from the back of the line who just got there. That was so disrespectful eberyowas very upset

My mother want a chain for mother's day i decided on Pandora since i am such a frequent customer.i also saw commercials advertising spend one hundred difty our iver get free bangle. I though that would be a lovely mother's day gift only to spend 200 and be told there were no free gifts,but to last to chang my mind cause it's 2 days before mother's day so i got no free bangle such false advertising. I have been a loyal customer but i dont k I ow now no happy.

Came in Thursday Young lady was soo polite and knowledgeable. Came back Friday for me “fixed order” two girls act like I was speaking Chinese ! Waited and waited at the counter looking at them them looking at me ! It took for ME to say “do y’all want my form of payment” to get service . Really felt uncomfortable one was MANAGER that ! I asked why does my bracket keep detaching and falling randomly THEY BOTH LOOKKED AT EACH OTHER THEN ME !!!! No answer I ASKED again !! This pandora is 5miles from home NEXT time I’ll drive to KOP ! Or just a time to remember!

I went to exchange a bracelet. I bought this bracelet in a 40% off promotion in the beginning of December. I exchanged for a bigger size and the sales lady said we had to pay the difference since there was no promotion. The lady said there was nothing she could do for us and we had to pay a $20 difference to get the correct size. Since it was an exchange I wouldn’t think we could have to pay the difference.

The sales associate on the transaction was very knowledgeable and helpful. However on the display the bracelet was noted as $75, yet it came up as $90 on the bill. When the Manager was brought in due to the discrepancy, the Manager became very rude and disrespectful. She refused to discount the product and made me and my mother feel very unwelcomed. Due to this it’s unlikely we ever shop at this location again.

I came in the store with two items in mind and one of them was unavailable. And when I decided to purchase just one product, the sales associate repeatedly asked "are you sure."
