The reps were fantastic... I bought my daughter a bracelet for her 16th birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I will absolutely go to the Oxford Valley store for all future purchases.

As soon as we walked in the store we received a welcoming hello. We received great service from a complete sweetheart of a girl. She helped us make the perfect choice for a gift.

The staff was patient and educated. Both employees were friendly and professional. The location was clean and presentable.

I love Pandora and I absolutely love my bracelets. I don’t like that there aren’t enough charms of the things that I’m interested in that’s all that bothers me. The charms I do have I love. They need to be more creative and come out with others.
