The salesperson was extremely helpful. I always have a positive experience at Pandora in the Oxford Valley Mall.

My husband wanted me to pick out something for my birthday. Usually, I get one or two charms for my pandora bracelet. I saw a necklace on display, so was able to get the necklace, and needed to spend $35 more to receive the free gift. The charm I picked was $95, not $65, so I got it anyways. I had a very happy birthday!

Rhiely and Allie were incredible. Friendly knowledge patient while I was trying to decide what to purchase. Helped me get a credit card and they helped me made the right purchases for my needs. !!!

Camille is always able to assist me with all of my concerns. She worked on getting a metal bead from the jewelry cleaning machine that had lodged in one of my charms out. The cleaning Was done at another location, but she worked to correct the issue and not pawn me off back to the store that caused the accidental issue.

The associates were knowledgeable of the merchandise and cleaned my bracelet while I looked through the catalog. I was informed I could purchase cleaner to take home.
