I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet for a while, so for my birthday I asked my husband if I could get one, the kind of husband I have was like sure, go ahead.

When I walked in the sales girl immediately came over to help us. Then when I told her what I was looking for she showed me the products.

The sales associates were friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and was taken immediately to the item along with a few other pieces that caught my eye. I was looking to purchase only one item,I left the store with two additional items. Thanks ladies, great job!

Metzler was extremely personable and friendly and understood what I was looking for and was extremely apologetic that the combinations I liked weren't on promotion, even though it wasn't her fault. She was the only one in the store to acknowledge me. I was apologetic over taking up time, especially at the end of her day and she was extremely patient. She pulled everything out that I pointed to and and was happy to have me try them on and for me to find what I liked, even though it was the end of her day/shift. I would shop with her again.
