As I entered the store I was greeted by the friendly staff. I explained what I was looking for- she showed me several items. It is always a pleasure to shop at this location. Always pleasant staff.

I can trust that Pandora provides a high quality product. The store was very clean and presented all the products clearly. The sales associates spotted me as soon as I walked in and an employee came over to help with my purchase immediately.

The sales girls are always very polite and knowledgeable about their store stock. They go above and beyond to pull out anything they think I might like or that may be a good addition to my collection. Always a great experience at the Oxford valley location. All the sales associate are top notch.

I had lost a Pandora a charm and went in to replace it, the sales women were so helpful trying to find the one I had lost. They had the one charm and tried to find the other one, which was over a year old. They gave me some suggestions to find it, when they couldn’t. They showed me many options in the items I was looking for.

Obsessed with how much thought they put into our service

This was my first time in a Pandora store. Camille was excellent with her customer service skills and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. She boxed it up beautifully too!

I loved the ring that I purchased and the worker who helped me was very sweet and patient and took her time to help me try on different rings and sizes.

The sales associate, Diana, was just so knowledgeable and pleasant. She showed us things that we were not aware of in placing the charms on and changing their spots on the bracelet. It was so nice to shop with someone so helpful and pleasant.

I have never seen a room full of such beautiful people in my life. I love this place and all the products. Take all my money.
