I always enjoy my experience at the Oxford valley am location. All the sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

The manager of the store is excellent overlooking everyone and helping all their employees and I cannot remember her name but she has red hair and she always remembers my sister of myself when we come in so it always feels like family. I wish the sales people wore name tags that would be helpful and much more personable but I love going there

We were looking for a Cheerleader charm for our oldest granddaughter but the sales reps said that Pandora doesn’t make one yet. That’s a very popular sport and Pandora should consider making one

The people in the Oxford valley store become pandora family. The associates remember returning customers making everyone feel at home! My only recommendation is to give the employees tags with their names not these sales associate ones!
