All associates were very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I was ever at this store and found everyone very nice.

The manager knew exactly which charm I was looking for and immediately helped us get it. The manager was actually wearing the murano turtle charm that my son wanted to buy for his girlfriend. Every employee was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Stephanie was fantastic, super helpful and attentive. She asked me who the gift was for and when I told her my daughter, she lit up. She seemed as excited as I was to pick out an 8 year old’s first “real” jewelry and even wrapped the gift for me!

Ally was so helpful and patient. She also might be the prettiest person I’ve ever seen. Everyone in this store is always so nice.
