I absolutely love the following charms that I purchased for my daughter's 19 birthday: Murano Glass Sea Turtle (The glass on the turtle is absolutely gorgeous!) Starfish and Seashell (I love this charm!) Cats & Hearts (This charm has the perfect saying on it for my daughter!)

My Sales Associate, whose name is downstairs in my pocketbook was Very patient as well as professional and Very knowledgeable about Everything I asked her, even though Oxford Valley is an hour from me I would definitely return to that Store.

Ameera S. was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the Pandora item. She assisted me with replacing a bracelet that had broken and was still covered under the warranty. She also showed us some new products which I am considering for the future. She very attentive and a great assistance. :)
