From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and felt welcomed. The sales person, Diana V. No. 210895, was very helpful. I went in for a birthday gift and ended up buying more, I love the new Pandora charms and bracelets.

the staffer who assisted me Xzavier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. since i had some odd questions, some of the other staffers and manager ended up helping also and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. (sadly some items were either not available at all, or not in stock at that store, but they worked very hard to help me!)

Although I almost tripped coming in due to the lifted floor, my shopping experience with Allison was wonderful. She was both kind and knowledgeable. I may have only gotten one thing today, but I will definitely be back for some of the other options she showed me at another time. I always have a good experience when shopping at this location!

Had a very pleasant visit to the store. Sales Associates at the Oxford Valley Location Julia Gross and Xavier were very helpful. They were also very knowlegeable as far as the merchandise. I would definitely be shopping this location again.

I love going to Pandora at the oxford valley mall i shop here alot the workers are very friendly and help you out soon as you walk in i had diana today an she knew exaclty what i wanted she even put together my new bracelet for me!
