I had absolutely no clue what I was shopping for, I just knew that I was shopping in Pandora because my friend would be shocked to open a gift from there. Robin approached me, and I instantly felt comfortable talking through some of the things that my friend liked. She was able to present promotions and then talk me through building the perfect bracelet. She was patient and the experience was memorable, so much that I will go back there for Mother's Day and possibly even myself, as she offered me options for men as well!
