They were very helpful. They were quick to take care of me and show me all the available products. The sales associate took time to answer my questions.

I was helped almost immediately from Bella. She was very helpful and gave me the perfect bracelet. She was very knowledgeable on the product and I was very satisfied.

I overall love Pandora but I feel that they should give more coupons or coupon books for the customers. Also, it would be nice if there was a rewards program so pandora can get more buyers and the buyers can use and get points for their purchase.

I walked in and told the clerk I was looking for charms for my boyfriends mom. I told her all about her and what she likes. The clerk brought out these beautiful charms that described her perfectly.

First, finding the ring I was looking for was fairly simple and luckily it was up at the front when I walked in. Secondly, and most importantly, the Sales Associate Julia G (199113) was extremely helpful. I don't think saying extremely helpful is enough of a statement truthfully. I'm a first-time ring-purchaser and she was absolutely willing and able to understand what I had needed. She put up with my goofy self and had a smile about it the whole time. She was patient, understanding, kind, and helpful. The transaction had been flawless and I left the store feeling like I had actually learned something that day. Any question I had she was able to answer, whether it was ring-related or store policy.

I was highly satisfied with how quick I was serviced and the kindness of the employees. Definitely will be coming back to make more purchases!!
