The employee was very friendly. Made the process extremely easy and very pleasant. Went into great detail explaining the quality and warranty even without asking and offered to gift wrap without me asking for it. This was my first purchase at Pandora and I was very impressed with service, knowledge, and overall friendliness. Got a zodiac Ox charm. Will most likely return for the next charm next year

I saw this necklace I wanted for my daughter’s in your winter catalog but it was sold out online. I went to the store at Oxford Valley and they didn’t have any in. I then made an express order online just thinking I would give to them after Christmas. I got a call the next day saying my order was available for pick up, i paid online and picked up that day at the kiosk right outside the store. They also offered to gift wrap them for me. I didn’t have to wait in the line with the people waiting to enter the store. I am so excited and love the necklaces!

I ordered it online but they canceled it because of my address they couldn't find what the ship it to it was a problem but they called the store and they had it in stock so I went to pick it up Kiana was very nice

I was very please with my Pandora visit. The sales associates were very friendly and attentive. During my in store purchase the associate answered my questions and I was able to make delightful purchase of two extra charms for my bracelet and get a gift card for my aunt. I was so happy Pandora had charms that were on my wish list in stock.
