The associate was knowledgeable. The space in which I was shopping was comfortable. The girl who help me heard me stating that I didn’t really know what I was doing in the store and she stopped to assist me as this was my first instore purchase.

Alexis was the store associate in Oxford Valley Mall who helped us. She was amazing!! She asked me who I was shopping for, what I was looking for, and a general idea of the item I wanted. She said I think I know what you’re looking for and pulled out the perfect necklace. She did the same thing with a charm for my sister!! Best experience at Pandora!! Thanks Alexis!!
