Pandora Jewelry

They made the experience at pandora a good one. All the jewelry inside the store was great. The people helped me to the fullest.

I walked into pandora today expecting to just browse the store on my own; however, I was immediately greeted and walked through the store by a very knowledgeable sales associate named Kiana. Kiana took the time to answer all of my questions as well as pull out multiple pieces of jewelry for me to see.

I had no idea what I wanted and had just stopped in to look, but Arianna was so helpful. She showed me all the Harry Potter charms when I told her I was considering a bracelet for my granddaughter who loved Harry Potter. She showed me several bracelets and recommended the best for a girl turning fourteen even when I told her I hadn't brought a credit card with me as I had come to the mall to walk for exercise rather than shopping. She was so great that I told her I'd come back the next day which I did. She then patiently explained the special promotion going on which resulted in my buying the bracelet, two charms, two stops and the care kit when I'd only planned on buying one charm and a bracelet. Although I spent more than I'd planned, I left feeling happy both with the bracelet, the value, and the positive experience! I'll certainly look for Arianna when Christmas shopping. I feel like I have a helpful friend at Pandora! Everything was even wrapped up beautifully ready for my granddaughter's birthday in a few weeks.

Love this store and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Also some of the employees speak Spanish thay are very professional and lovely. Always come to this store for that.

They replaced my granddaughters ring with no problem. The ring made her finger swell and had to be cut off. They gave her a larger ring
