The associate (wish I caught her name) who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. Usually I get overwhelmed by all the options in the store but she made my experience a breeze. She helped me select new charms and clean up my bracelet! Will definitely be returning!

I originally placed an online order at a bundle price to pick up in store. Part of the order was cancelled so the bundle was incomplete and the prices changed. I contacted Pandora customer service through chat on the website and by phone. The service I got from them was horrendous. I decided to go into the Oxford Valley Mall store to see if they could help. They were extremely understanding. They listened to my dilemma and did everything they could to help me in any way possible. They were kind and considerate. They even gave my three year old a snack while they were helping me. These associates restored my faith in this company and ensured that I will be a returning customer! I would recommend that store and those associates to anyone!
