The customer service is phenomenal. The sales associates listened to what I was looking for. She sought out several options for me, multiple times, as I fine tuned what I really wanted.

The associate's knowledge of the merchandise and recommendation based on what I was looking to purchase. She listened to what the purchase was going to represent. She took the time that most would not have at other stores.

Super friendly and helpful

I have never experience any problems at the Pandora store. I have been given Pandora charms for my birthdays and Christmas for the last few years and I never get tired of the jewelry. Also it is always wonderful to be assisted by professional employees.

The store associate, Ryleigh was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about about the pandora products. She was able to help me pick out a beautiful birthday gift for my mother in law. She also showed me different ways to mix and match the charms for different looks. The store was very clean and nicely lit.
