The sales representative was very helpful beings that is was my first time purchase. Other sales representative were assisting in helping me determine what was best for me. Very helpful on cleaning and taking care of the jewelry. I highly recommend this store opposed to the Quakerbridge Mall Store.

Lexie (Alexandra) was so helpful and excited about the product. She let us try multiple items before we found the perfect size for our exchange and we were able to purchase the perfect clips to accent the first charm. We even made a wish list for future purchases.

The staff was very helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. The store was very clean and well lit. Overall I love the jewelry and will be returning soon.

I went in looking for a ring, and the associates were very friendly. Once I had asked to see 2 separate pieces the sales associate brought out the rings, made sure that I had the right size and even helped me pick a matching band for the ring I was looking at. I was overall very satisfied with the services and the staff
