I went to the Oxford Valley mall Pandora. Everyone there was so kind . Adriana who took care of me was so sweet, and kind. After I purchased my Lion Kind charms she put them on for me. She also my bracelet with all of my other charms. I have a complaint about the Cherry Hill Mall store. We went there last Wednesday. I drove from Philadelphia to there. My experience was horrible. Jessica who waited on me was not kind. I walked out and all she said was ok bye. She lost a sale. Some thing needs to be done. She is giving your company a very bad name. She was very nasty to me and my husband. We will never go back there again. We also had a bad experience back at Christmas time. You really need to check out the employees at that store. I Asked To see new lion king charms The sales person explained each charm and each character successfully. Then I totally changed my mind and bought Buzz light year from Toy story! NO problem!

The staff was very attentive, patient and respectful. The store was brightly lit for more than adequate viewing. Brought in 2 Pandora bracelets for cleaning and staff remarked on the charms as most were now retired. Interesting!

Ryleigh was very helpful in finding me the right size bracelet. She even gave me more info about the bracelet & charms being as though this is my first one. Overall the experience was great, I was in and out no problem.

The staff were very helpful in helping us pick out the exact charm for our 30th anniversary. They also suggested another charm to add color to my bracelet. They also cleaned my bracelet which looks brand new now. Friendly staff.
