Sales staff knew all the merchandise history, what was on sale, what was discontinued and what was newly released. Melissa and Michelle where great help in selecting the gift items I wanted. The store is always immaculate and every staff member is extremely knowledgeable. All keepers!!!!!

After 2 attempts of trying to get service at your Cherry Hill location, I decided to try Oxford Valley. They were completely opposite of Cherry Hill in that I was acknowledged when I entered(even though everyone was with a customer they still acknowledged my presence unlike C.H. who made me feel invisible although there were employees not assisting customers at all.). Kiana was so sweet and patiently answered all of my questions with a smile, she let me browse and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to make a quick decision. I feel like C.H. saw me as a plane Jane, probably having no money, which is why I wasn't offered any assistance in the 2 attempts I made to go into that store, on 2 completely different days. Maybe they just WANTED me to leave because my toddler was being a toddler, but I was determined to purchase my mother's birthday gift(which was a $324 sale Cherry Hill missed out on simply because they couldn't even acknowledge my existence!). In Oxford, my appearance didn't matter, I received the same service, time and respect every other customer received as well. Not sure if the SM was present but she should know she definitely has a great team! Thank you!

When I first ender the store Cristal acknowledge me right away. I had just received an item for mother's day and I thought it did not fit my bracelet. Cristal showed me how it opens and also told me that the charm is used as a end piece to help the other charms stay in place. After that I brought two more charms.
