The sales associate I had was very nice very friendly and she was knowledge with everything that I needed. she took her time and explaining everything to me about the store . She help me pick out the exact thing that I was looking for.

The store line was not as long as others that I have visited. It’s always more crowded than I prefer. I usually order online. The rep today was great.

I always love pandora and I got it as ah gift and and fell in love even more when I saw it on my hands ,I definitely will continue to buy more charms

The line que was handled excellently. During the wait a catalog was given so you could look at what you wanted to buy ahead of time.

The first store didn't have what I was looking for and I was informed to try another location or purchase online. But when I got to the second store they had what I was looking for.

The associates were so helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise which helps you make good choices.

Even during the holiday hustle, the sales associate Jackie was super friendly and kind. The line moved fast and it didn’t feel like we waited too long. There was a good selection, and Jackie helped me narrow a great gift down.

Although we had to wait in line to enter the store, the wait wasn't very long . I appreciated that there were associates who could answer questions while we were waiting, and that had booklets with the merchandise. When we got inside, the sales associate was able to find all the items we were looking for, even though they weren't all on display. She was friendly and incredibly helpful.
