When to the store during a very busy time of the year, there was a line outside of the store. The line moved quickly, once inside the staff knew the item I wanted and was not made to rushed.

The wait outside of the store was minimal and the associate outside was helpful and she informed us of the promotional bracelet. Nicole, our sales associate inside the store, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Considering this is the holiday season we were very pleased with our experience.
