I originally came in to get my bracelet cleaned. However, while waiting I decided to browsed Jackie asked if there was anything I was looking for in particular. With Christmas around the corner I was looking for a charm for my best friend who is expecting. We were able to find the perfect charm to add to her collection. Jackie was efficient, knowledgable and very patient through the process.
