The customer service was great. I was treated with respect. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for withing my allocated budget.

I loved my pandora experience because my sales associate jade was very nice and patient with me. The store was super clean and there were so many options to what i could get.

I entered the store with the expectation of an item & left with it. The associates were all very welcoming. I enjoyed the engraving experience.

Charms were available .I had $10 off.

The sales person was superb in helping me with my purchase. She also gave great ideas for future purchases. I also enjoyed the amount of different styles to choose from.

Based off of my experience and purchase at Pandora I believe that this experience was very professional and friendly. As soon as we walked into the store they were ready to help. A employee showed us all the different charms and themes and I was able to pick out a cherry blossom charm for my bracelet.

My sales representative Zachary was extremely friendly knowledgeable, and his overall salesman ship was amazing. My friends and I were picking a bracelet for another friends birthday Zachary to complete charge of the engagement, presented our options via FaceTime to my friends, and we were all extremely pleased with his showmanship and his knowledge of the product, Zachary did an amazing job. I will return to your store as long as you were there :-)

I appreciate Isabel greeting me. She shared her knowledge of the charms. She informed me of another charm in the Disney collection coming out next month. I love the Columbia store. They make you feel special and like a VIP shopper.

When I walked in the employees were very nice and welcoming. They made sure to give me and my friend help as soon as we walked in, I will definitely be back !
